Dr. Eko Ariyanto, S.H., M.H., CPL., CLA., CPM.

Introduction

Dr. Eko Ariyanto, S.H., M.H., CPL., CLA., CPM., is our Litigation Cooperation Partner, has twenty-one years in legal practice, and is a respectful non-judge mediator.

Since 2014, he has been volunteering at LKBH Faculty of Law, University of Trisakti. He teaches at STIH Dharma Andigha (Andi Ghalib), Bogor.

As a Non-Judge Mediator, he works in the field since 2022 at three District Courts: Depok District Court, Depok Religious Court, and Cibinong District Court. In 2023, he is appointed Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Regional Leadership Council of Peradi Utama.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Trisakti and a master’s in law from the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta. With a career spanning over a decade, he obtained his doctoral degree in law from the University of Trisakti.

• Successfully handling the out-of-court case of Legalitas Peralihan Saham and Legal Due Diligence for PT. Dian Esa Media and safeguarded the client’s business interests without lengthy litigation.
• Represented in criminal cases that helped numerous clients avoid significant penalties and reputational damage. In a high-profile fraud case involving PT. Statomer Jakarta at Central Jakarta Police Resort.
• Successfully representing high-stakes cases in Tipikor courts. In the case of “Penyaluran Kredit” involving PT. Bank BJB in West Java Regional Police.
