ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management Systems

ISO 37001:2016, known as the Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS), is an international standard designed to prevent, detect, and investigate potential bribery cases. This standard assures organizations that an effective anti-bribery system is in place by establishing measures and controls to manage bribery risks. Based on a risk-based approach, organizations must identify and assess potential bribery risks and implement controls to reduce and prevent these risks, thereby minimizing and detecting corruption.
