Ivan Liyanto is the President Director at CSI Consultant based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Ivan has over 14 years of experience specializing in helping companies grow. He provides business strategy and financial development, business valuation, and corporate financial restructuring services to a diverse industry and client base, ranging from early-stage companies to large corporations. He has also assisted numerous foreign businesses with business and economic strategies in Indonesia. He has completed various projects in strategy and finance for various BUMN and Government Agencies. With experience and connections in multiple lines of business and government, he can help the business strategy process run smoothly. He has helped various companies carry out business transactions such as mergers, company acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Concessions and has helped them secure the best funding.

Ivan’s casework has spanned various industries, including manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, hospitals, financial services, film, mining, and FMCG.

Before establishing CSI Consultant, Ivan gained work experience as an auditor at KPMG Indonesia, a Product Manager at Bank Danamon, and an Operations Manager at a private mining company.

Ivan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and is pursuing a master’s in management at the same university. He completed Fraud Auditing Competency Training for Forensic Auditing Certification (CFrA) and has been certified as a Data Protection Officer by APPDI.
