Introduction
Dr. Havid Han serves as our Strategic Management Partner, bringing over a decade of experience in executive leadership, strategic consulting, and organisational transformation. He earned his Doctorate in Strategic Management at the age of 31, with a dissertation focused on organisational change, reflecting his deep expertise in managing complex transformation agendas across various industries.
He has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading change initiatives, and crafting strategies that align with long-term objectives. His leadership approach is grounded in analytical thinking, strategic foresight, and a strong understanding of organisational behaviour, making him a trusted advisor in both corporate and institutional settings.
In 2025, he joined Bunda Mulia University as a Senior Lecturer in the Management Department, where he teaches and researches topics related to branding, consumer behaviour, and family business succession. His academic work enhances his consulting practice by integrating theoretical insight with practical implementation, supporting business transformation and capability development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Management, both with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Trisakti. This academic background equips him with a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and strategic positioning, enabling him to deliver business solutions that are both commercially relevant and sustainable.
