Job Summary:

Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional harian di bidang keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan untuk memastikan integritas data, kepatuhan, dan ketepatan waktu pelaporan. Tugas utama mencakup pencatatan transaksi secara akurat, rekonsiliasi akun, pengelolaan kas, dan persiapan pelaporan pajak sesuai dengan arahan, kebijakan, dan prosedur yang berlaku dengan tujuan untuk pengelolaan keuangan Perusahaan yang sehat berisiko rendah serta pembuatan laporan, analisis, dan anggaran yang akurat kepada manajemen dan pihak eksternal secara tepat waktu.

Qualification:

1. D3/S1 Akuntansi atau yang setara/sejenis.
2. Minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang keuangan/akuntansi/perpajakan.
3. Menguasai Jurnal.ID dan Coretax.
4. Pemahaman terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan terkait keuangan, akuntansi, perpajakan, dan anggaran.
5. Pemahaman terhadap Standar Akuntansi Keuangan.
6. Pemahaman terhadap penyusunan dan analisis laporan keuangan.
7. Menguasai Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa inggris pasif.
9. Nilai tambahan jika memiliki sertifikasi terkait keuangan, akuntansi, dan perpajakan, misal: Brevet A/B, Certified Accountant (CA)

Job Position: Investment & Deal Execution Intern

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment & Deal Execution Intern (Valuation and Funding Execution) based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. We’re looking for an intern who excels in numbers (investment/valuation) and is strong in execution (deal execution/funding). You will be directly involved in projects such as company valuations, feasibility studies, and funding processes (lenders/investors) for several clients.

Job Description:

A. Investment/Valuation

• Compile and refine financial models (Revenue–COGS–Opex–EBITDA–FCFF).
• Create scenarios (base/upside/downside) and sensitivity analyses (WACC, terminal growth, etc.).
• Prepare valuation outputs: DCF, comps, and EV→Equity bridge.
• Write concise investment memos highlighting key drivers, risks, and valuation summaries.

B. Deal Execution/Funding

• Organise and maintain the data room with proper structure and version control.
• Create a deal tracker with investor/lender details and status updates.
• Compile minutes of meetings (MOM), action registers, and follow-up schedules.
• Support the creation and organisation of teasers, one-pagers, and investor coordination.

Qualification:

1. Final year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Statistics.
2. Proficient in advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, logical checks, scenario tables).
3. Well-organised, thorough, meets deadlines, and adapts quickly to changes.
4. Communicates clearly via chat and email, consistently follows up politely.
5. Open to signing an NDA and confidentiality agreement.
6. Advantage if Candidate has created DCFs/comps or pitch decks, or is familiar with Notion/Trello/Asana, Google Drive, PowerPoint/Slides.

We’re looking for an intern who can transform market research and benchmarks into sharp insights and easy-to-read writing for: Internal projects (FS, pricing, positioning, memos), and External thought leadership (CSI blog/LinkedIn/IG carousel).

Job Description:

Market Intelligence (Research & Analysis)

• Collect market data (price, occupancy, channel mix, value proposition, etc.).
• Develop an analytical framework (TAM–SAM–SOM, segmentation, competitive landscape).
• Create an assumption book with definitions, sources, and rationale.
• Process data into insights using tables and graphs with business implications.

Writing (Blog/Memo/FS Narrative)

• Write research-based blog articles (1,000–1,800 words) structured as Market context → key findings → implications → recommendations.
• Produce executive summaries (1–2 pages) for internal use.
• Develop accountable narratives based on data, not opinions.

Social Media (Content Repurposing)

• Transform a research article into a content package:
• LinkedIn post (story + insight + CTA, 250–500 words).
• Instagram carousel (6–10 slides: headline → data → insight → takeaway).
• Short script for a reel (30–45 seconds) if necessary.
• Tone should be professional, sharp, and engaging without being clickbait.

Quality Control (Research Standards & References)

• Use high-quality sources (primary/authoritative) and doc. links for internal refs.
• Support claims with data or label them as assumptions.
• Proofread for logical consistency, numbers, language, and terminology.

Qualification:

• Strong Indonesian writing (neat, clear, argumentative); good English reading skills.
• Analytical mindset: able to answer “so what?” and “what are the implications?”.
• Thorough, disciplined in noting sources, and consistent in writing structure.
• Able to work quickly from brief to draft to revision.
• Added value for the candidate with:
  • Experience in writing opinion/research/data-driven articles (Medium, LinkedIn, campus, journals, etc.).
  • Understands basic business/finance (pricing, margins, unit economics, positioning).
  • Able to create basic data visualisation (simple charts in Excel/Sheets).
