Introduction

Siti Muhyinatun M is the Director of Legal at CSI Consultant and Managing Partner of CSI Law Firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

She has 18 years in legal practice and has experience as a lawyer for projects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance & development, foreign direct investment, a broad range of complex local and cross-border commercial transactions, digital transactions, and the financial technology industry.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Jakarta in 2005. As a legal practitioner, she has an advocate certificate license from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI or Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) in 2008.

She has been certified as a Legal Auditor by JSLG and ASAHI and as a Data Protection Officer by APPDI. As a CDPO, she has the competencies necessary to lead and comply with the GDPR in an organization.

• Advised PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators, an oil and gas EPC contractor, on its share acquisition by an Indonesian heavy equipment provider company.
